Unfortunately, sh*t happens! Plug-ins break. Pages lose their formatting. These can be easily things to fix – but only if you have an offsite backup. Backups are copies of your site which can be restored (like reloading a game from your last save). Without an offsite backup, you’ll be stuck making time-consuming and potentially costly repairs to get your site back up and running.
