Good morning! I’m in love with fall, like seriously in love, but more in love with these pumpkin pancakes. I love all the colors, the layers you can finally wear and of course the pumpkin infatuation! Last week, Jonathan and I went to brunch at our favorite diners and they were serving delicious pumpkin pancakes. I totally had to order them (duh!) and was so happy I did. Ever since then, I can’t stop thinking about pumpkin pancakes so I wanted to give it a shot one Sunday morning instead of trying to catch them at the restaurant.
These pancakes turned out delicious and it was ready in minutes! No need for directions on this one. They are pretty simple to mix up in one bowl and get on the griddle very quickly. I suggest adding a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to your syrup for a little extra spice! It really brings the flavor of the pumpkin and also adds so much to your normal box of pancakes. Embrace the fall loving and give these pancakes a shot! Have you ever used a pre-made base to create something spectacular with seasonings? I love being able to mix up something that is pretty good on it’s own! See more breakfast recipes here.
