Jon and I decided it was time for a much needed date night! Our favorite go to is Wabi Sabi in Seattle. It’s right down the street and it serves the BEST sushi. On top of all the positives, they have a super amazing happy hour!
My students and I created a rubric to use when we do math share out after partner work. They really took ownership on creating expectations that follow our 4 point scale. I took their notes and am creating posters to display and bookmarks for them to use when we are at the carpet.
I posted about my Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos I made this week for dinner on Facebook and got much love on wanting to see the recipe! Well you only have a few more days to wait! I’m so excited to announce that my great friends Kayla, Kenzie from Orchard Girls and I will beginning our own LINKY PARTY called What We Eat Wednesdays. Every week you will be able to link up with our blogs and share your recipe posts. Please check back Wednesday for our first link up and check out this yummy recipe!!
We had some free time this week, shocker, so we used one of the art projects from my February Favorites post to get ready for February! I’m thinking I will create a post on this project with a freebie for my fans sometime this week! The cutest thing was that almost everyone had blue and green in their work… true Seahawk fans!
I decided to up my game before the big game! I got some dark blue converse, because they are my favorite, and purchased some lime green laces. Now I’m ready for the big game Sunday! š
