Are you exhausted thinking of different things to make in the morning and usually skip out on breakfast to begin with? Are you looking for things that are quick, easy, and can simply be made ahead of time to save you time? Meals that can either be consumed sitting down with your family or taken on the go with ease? Mornings are insane, especially for teachers, and I’m happy to share some of the best recipes for those busy busy mornings.
With the rush of the morning, the gathering of all eighteen teacher bags you brought home the night before with the intention on getting this or that done (and didn’t!), trying to beat the traffic, and making sure you get to work before everyone else so you can make those last minute copies IS TOUGH! Who’s thinking about food at a time like this? Get your coffee and go is usually my game plan. Well, that’s not usually the healthiest, or safest route, so here are some of my favorite (and easy!) recipes so you can be your best self, be present,Ā and have a great day in the classroom!
