I’ve been keeping a secret for a while now.

I’ve known that today was going to be a bittersweet day for months. I’ve slowly been preparing for it week after week, picking up and packing up here and there. I was finally brave enough to tell my students just last week.

This morning I finally finished and stared at the madness. I actually started my blog around the same time I got the keys to my very own classroom and captured my excitement in my first post ever.

I’ve accepted a new position at a middle school teaching ELL students part time. The other part of my week will finally be dedicated to my blog, web/graphic design, and creating resources for teachers to be sold on Teachers Pay Teachers. I’ve been working overtime the past 6 months creating in my afternoons and weekends to keep up with the amazing demand I’ve been blessed with. I’m so thankful to be able to find a position that still holds onto my teacher strings but also gives me the flexibility for my creative side to strive and grow.
