Valentine’s day is around the corner and I know what I’ll be making to celebrate! These quick and easy mini heart-shaped pizzas are perfect for your loved ones on this special holiday. Forgo going out and pop this pizza into the oven (see other quick recipes here too!) Jonathan and I love to stay in every Valentine’s Day because we actually celebrate our anniversary a few days later. I can’t lie and say, Jonathan and I don’t love to shop at Target together (and yes, we consider it a date!) so I knew I wanted to put my heart-shaped cookie cutters to go use when I found them. The mini pizzas are really great for any go to quick recipe, as the dough magically comes together with just a little bit of hot water. You can easily trade that out for pre-made dough as well.
