I gave a presentation called The Secret to High Converting Landing Pages for Teach Create Sell. The focus of the session was simple, why most landing pages do not convert the way we expect them to. Most of the time, it is not your offer. It is not your audience. It is not the algorithm working against you.

More often than not, it comes down to clarity, structure, and strategy.
In this training, I walked through what actually makes a landing page convert, what to remove, what to simplify, and how to guide your reader toward taking action.
You can watch the full presentation below:
A landing page is not a mini website. It is a focused decision page. Every section should guide your reader toward one specific action, whether that is signing up, purchasing, or registering.
When a landing page is built correctly, it does the heavy lifting for you. It builds trust, answers objections, and creates momentum toward conversion.
After giving this presentation, I realized that most people do not need more theory about landing pages. What they actually need is structure.
That is exactly why I created my opt-in page templates.
These templates are built with conversion strategy already in place, so you are not guessing where sections should go or what should come next. The layout, flow, and calls to action are intentionally designed to support conversions from the start. If you are building an opt-in, workshop page, or freebie funnel, this is a simple way to skip the overwhelm and start with strategy.
