Spent the weekend with my boo, Jonathan! It had been about two weeks since I last saw him because of all the craziness with my end of the year schedule and his schedule. It was wonderful just being lazy and catching up on our shows. We caught a movie out, did some Goodwill shopping and made two dinners from the Food Network Magazine!
In my efforts to stay home and “relax”, I cleaned my office! Well, actually I started looking for something, then ended up not being able to find it, dug through all this stuff to find it. At that point I realized I needed to clean it all up and organize it all! I even made labels for drawers and caught up on I Wanna Marry Harry! Which kind of makes me not like reality TV, btw!
Finally, finally was able to get my hair done. Did I mention finally?! My hair was so gross and needed some love! I’m so lucky that my mom is a hair dresser and I got to spend the time with her! She was really jealous of my bright red locks!
Went to Target determined to grab only these two things to work on my project. Ended up buying just a few other things but went straight home and got started! In my effort to be better organized AND a better blogger, I created a calendar on my white board in my office. I’m hoping to get on Mary’s level with the color coding!
I found this awesome espresso machine at Goodwill this weekend and jumped for joy when it actually worked! The best part is it was only $15 bucks!!! I’ve been having caramel lattes in the AM and iced caramel lattes in the afternoon! That makes me one happy camper and totally saves in my pockets!!
Ooooohh that espresso machine is such a great deal – awesome find! I get a little crazy with my calendar color coding, but it definitely helps me stay on track!
