Happy Friday! I’ve been doing so well this week with my resolution to cook at home. I’ve made spaghetti sauce with random ingredients from my fridge (it was delish!) and Creole Catfish twice this week! YUM!
I was lucky enough to receive the Starbucks espresso tumbler from my parents for my birthday. If you haven’t heard, every day in January you are allowed to get any espresso drink for free when you use this cup! I’m in love with going every morning to get my caramel macchiato before work! I wish they would do one for every month of the year!!
Found this 4 ingredient Nutella Brownies on pinterest this week. I cannot WAIT to try these!!!
My goal was to catch up on all my grading during break, well that didn’t happen! I did organize them all on Sunday at least! Now I have taken my huge stack of papers and have been grading a section every night in bed. So far I’m catching up… just not fast enough! Do you hate grading as much as I do?!
I have the best parents… my mom ordered me two new pairs of Toms for Christmas! I’m obsessed with these Tom style shoes, I just found about 8 pairs at my local thrift store and jumped for joy! I now have a complete Tom rainbow!
I found you through the linky party. 🙂 I love that you call it a kitchen party! I've been cooking a lot at home too. I am currently teaching in Korea, and I do not happen to like Korean food. Go figure.

Oh how much fun you are in Korea!!! But sad you don't like the food. I don't even think I have tried it before so I couldn't comment on it! I hope you are having fun at least!! Thanks for stopping by!

I know!! I love it but it seriously pays off if you use it daily… even more than once a day! 😉
