The 100th day of school is a big deal, I’m not sure if you know that. When I was first teaching Kindergarten, I had no idea how massive of a celebration it is to say we’ve been in school 100 days! What a huge accomplishment it is to say we are almost half way done with the school year. It was always so much fun to see all the 100s of things being brought into the classroom to justify the day (or week if you really want to throw a party). With that in mind, each year and every grade level I taught, I tried to celebrate it a little different and almost always bring something sweet for my kiddos to enjoy (and count) during that special school day.
First, check out these fun, easy, and simple sweets (and treats) for your students to enjoy during your 100th day celebrations. This list includes both sweet treats and a few heathy options perfect for your celebrations! As promised, all of the ideas I’ve gathered together are easy, cheap, and fun for kids (and adults too!) A few can be activities to be part of the festivities, or simply a snack to take a break from counting. Either way you choose, your students are going to enjoy these tasty treats and you may too!
So, how do you celebrate the 100th day in your classroom? Do you have any cheap, easy, and quick 100th day recipes or treats that are your go to’s every year?
