This Digital Product License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Laugh Eat Learn LLC (“Licensor”) and the purchaser or user (“Licensee”). This Agreement governs the use of the digital product(s) provided by Licensor.

License Grant
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product(s) (the “Product”) for personal or business purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not sub-license, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute this guide under any circumstance, free or otherwise.

Restrictions
Licensee shall not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Product, except as expressly permitted herein.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Product.

Ownership
Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

Support and Updates
Licensor may provide support and updates for the Product at its discretion.

Warranty Disclaimer
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Product.

No Refunds and Affiliate Links
No refunds will be provided for digital products, and no exceptions will be made.
